Use the XPLODE command to specify the properties of objects that are created by exploding a block.

These steps show how to use the XPLODE command:

1.                  Enter XPLODE on the command line.

2.                  Select a block to explode when prompted, then press ENTER.

Note: If you select multiple blocks, the program prompts you to either select the blocks individually or globally so that you specify the object properties on an individual or global basis.

3.                  When prompted, select the desired option. A description of the various options follows:

[All/Color/LAyer/LType/Inherit from parent block/Explode]
All - Selecting this option prompts you to modify all the listed attributes such as Color, Layer and Linetype.
Color - Prompts you to choose a new color for objects.
Layer - Prompts you to select a layer on which to place the objects.
Ltype - Modifies the linetype of the new objects.
Inherit from Parent Block - Applies the properties of the objects in the parent block to the new objects.
Explode - Uses the EXPLODE command to explode the block.

4.                  Enter the value for the object property and press ENTER.
