Use the XPLODE command
to specify the properties of objects that are created by exploding a block.
These
steps show how to use the XPLODE command:
1.
Enter XPLODE on the command line.
2.
Select a block to explode when prompted,
then press ENTER.
Note: If you select multiple blocks, the program prompts you to either select the blocks individually
or globally so that you specify the object properties on an individual or global basis.
3.
When prompted, select the desired
option. A description of the various options follows:
[All/Color/LAyer/LType/Inherit
from parent block/Explode]
All - Selecting this option prompts you to modify all the listed attributes such as Color,
Layer and Linetype.
Color - Prompts you to choose a new color for objects.
Layer - Prompts you to select a layer
on which to place the objects.
Ltype - Modifies the linetype of the new objects.
Inherit from Parent Block - Applies
the properties of the objects in the parent block to the new objects.
Explode - Uses the EXPLODE command to explode the
block.
4.
Enter the value
for the object property and press ENTER.
